I have thoughts… random thoughts. When I was a child I would ask off-the-wall questions while riding in the back seat, staring out the window. My mom would introduce the ‘Quiet Game’ and I would last a few seconds before coming up with my next idea and wondering ‘WHY…?’
Writing is therapeutic for me, it helps me work through my thoughts and emotions of my day-to-day interactions with life.
Born into the high altitude, active city of Denver, Colorado… motion is in my blood. I love the sunshine and outdoors, playing with friends and contemplating life. Listening to podcasts, reading and writing calm me down (ok so does napping) and I can get lost in my thoughts.
Over the years, I have become more vulnerable and open to sharing my life experiences. Who knows, maybe someone else is going through something I have or is and the trials can be used to better another person’s situation or experience. Could it be that my life’s challenges and suffering could help someone else? I figured I’d start writing about my thoughts, idea, questions, experiences… in case someone else is interested in reading.
Who am I:
Saved. Blessed. Raw. Wife. Daughter. Beloved. Sister. Friend. Coach. Intense. Type-A. Athletic. Counselor. Giver. Speaker. Positive. Compassionate. Honest.
I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology and hold my LPC. Working as a high school counselor for over six years has taught me A LOT about teenagers, parents and the intense emotions as we engage in life transitions. In 2015, I started Kineo Life, a Coaching & Counseling company. I journey with people to help them find their identity, grow in confidence and move forward in their life with purpose towards a goal. We journey through many season changes in life, these time periods can be difficult and we often lose sight of who we are and what we desire or want to accomplish in life. Together, we turn transitions into opportunities.
Simply put: I help people define and accomplish their life objectives.

I live in Denver, Colorado- soaking in the sunshine and Gods playground by hiking and skiing. Snowy days, I am curled up by the fire with a cup of tea and a good book. I like personal growth and appreciate honest friends. I am married to my best friend and we are excited about what the future has to offer us as we journey together on this adventure called LIFE.
